For the last month or two I have been working on stocking up on my most popular felt ornament designs. I have also taken new pictures of many of them so that I can present a more uniform look in my shop. In case you are curious, I have been using ribbet to edit my photos. For the one photo with the banner and text I use PicMonkey (ribbet does not have this banner design).
My Penguin ornament has been popular in the past but I didn’t have time to make any before this last Christmas. But don’t fret, I am adding to my ornament stock weekly and have many different penguin ornaments to offer. Here are ones I have currently listed and I have 4 more to edit photos for and then they will also be available. Convo via Etsy or email me if you want to order multiple ornaments together. To see what I have available in my shop go HERE. Also, any ornaments you see in my Felt Christmas Ornaments section can be requested at any time.
My dad used to collect boat ornaments for his tree in the TV room – well actually, my mom collected them for him…but I think he enjoyed them none the less. Maybe you have a similar tradition in your family or you decorate your tree in a sea shore theme, then this ornament will be perfect for you.
Here in Seattle there is another tradition, the Lighted Boat Parade on Lake Union. The event was begun in 1941 by Captain Chet Gibson and is being carried on under the sponsor ship of Queen City Yacht Club. This holiday event inspired the strings of “lights” on my ornament.
Whether you want to buy your favorite teacher a REALLY early Christmas present, apples fit into your decorating theme or you just want an apple ornament – this one is just for you. Back for the first time since 2012, I have put together four of them and they are ready to ship NOW.
My favorite apple is the Honey Crisp, a perfect crispy combination of sweet and tangy and even better when dipped in caramel. What is your favorite?

I can’t believe it is already February! So far this year I have rekindled my love of cross stitching, have painted lots of craft eyes and have continued my making of custom pom poms. Here are a couple cross stitches I have finished in the last couple months. I purchased the Death Star pattern on Etsy from AmazingCrossStitch. The Little Witch I found in a magazine forever ago, finished most of it, put it in a drawer and then finally pulled it out last month. I think it took over 12 years all together.
This is what I am working on now. It is from Cross Stitcher magazine Issue 285 November 2014 and is called Christmas Town.
And, even though Christmas is past, I am still working on ornaments to sell and save for the next season. I had lots of requests for my Last Tree on the Lot ornament so I have one of each available for immediate shipment and many more partly done that can be ready in a day or so. The photos are linked to my shop if you are interested in purchasing.
I can’t believe how fast this month is going! Some ornaments have been selling as fast as I can make and list them. At the moment I have 13 ornaments ready to ship immediately and there is plenty of time for you to get them before the big day. Go HERE to see what I have available. In the next couple days I hope to finish up some more of the fox ornament in several colors. As soon as they are available I will post to my FACEBOOK page. Follow me there for any shop news and updates and other fun stuff.
